Bridgerton Season is almost among us! For those of you new to the Bridgerton world, it’s time to catch up. Season 4 will be released later this year, and you’ll want to be up to speed.
The Netflix Shondaland hit is based on a romance series from the early 2000s by author Julia Quinn. The books are a fun read, and the visual adaptation is equally as entertaining (hot take?). In honor of Benedict Bridgerton’s storyline coming up later this year, here’s a countdown of the steamiest onscreen moments through now.
#3: The mirror scene (Season 3)

If you enjoy a friends-to-lovers plotline, Season 3 is probably your jam. Penelope and Colin go WAY back (all the way to Season 1!). While Penelope has pined for Colin from afar, he finally sees her as more than the girl across the street, and everyone gets an eyeful in that mirror scene.
It’s one of the most explicit scenes in the Bridgerton seasons thus far, but we rank it 3rd because it also feels very obvious. That shouldn’t take away from the gorgeous glow-up of both characters though.
#2 Literally every time Daphne and the Duke consummate their marriage (Season 1)

If you watched Season 1 without knowing what to expect (like me), be warned (and delighted?) that it’s full of the two main characters doing the deed pretty much everywhere. We rank it 2nd on the list because the chemistry is off the charts and who doesn’t fantasize about marking every nook and cranny of your giant estate?

#1: The slow burn of Anthony and Kate (Season 2)

The story of Anthony and Kate isn’t the most explicit, but it is one of the more scandalous. If you haven’t watched, it’s an enemies-to-lovers love triangle with a family dynamic. Besides that, the sexual tension between Kate and the Viscount (Anthony) is palpable. If you enjoy a good tease, you’ll understand why this is our 1st choice.

If Season 4 is anything like the book, we anticipate it may earn its own standalone list of steamiest moments!
